I think this is one of God's good gifts. Morning. Now I'm not a morning person, but I do think each new day is a gift. A chance to start over. To get it right. We can begin again on our healthy eating, exercise, our relationship with God. Even our parenting. Parenting a child with RAD is hard. It is emotional. It is physical. But each morning we get to start again to get our part right. We cannot change them or control their thoughts. We can change ours. So we need to educate ourselves so we know what the correct thing is we should try. And then get up and start again. Never give up. Tomorrow is a new day! Be glad for that. Don't dread it but see it as a new opportunity and a new challenge. Together we can do this!

(Risky huh?)
I'm sure glad you posted this comment at 6:02 in the evening, and not 6:02 in the morning.....otherwise........
I am switching to writing in the evenings because mornings are too busy. I don't know how I ever started the morning writing anyway! I am so not a morning person!
Dear Brenda,
Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my blog and leave a comment.
I've just quickly gone through several of your posts and will need to come back and read it all carefully. I spent two hours on the phone just yesterday with a dear friend who is dealing with RAD in one of her adopted children (He is 13). On top of that, she is in excrutiating pain every day. It just breaks my heart.
God Bless you and I will be back.
coffe bean,
Feel free to give her this email address. radmoms@hotmail.com It is one I use just for my blog and website but I check it now and then. I probably can't give her advice but I probably know how she feels about her child.
