Chris and I went to one of the Weekend to Remember marriage seminar last year. One of the speakers told about how he would hug his wife or kids and use his hand next to his side to fill up his "love cup" While making a sound like "whhooooooooooooooooooooop" (voice gets higher as you go) and filling it. At the top (hand above your head) You make your fingers spread out and go "Pckkkkkkkkkkk" like an exploding sound. We tried this with our kids when we got home. They found it annoying but it sure made them smile and it was fun. So have your kids give you a hug and show them how your love cup is being filled. Then give them a hug and refuse to let go until they show you theirs is full too.
