I feel this song is true of my life. So why is it so hard to keep the focus where it belongs? A group writing challenge has been sent out by On the Horizon and The Next Step: Keeping Christ in Christmas. It is a struggle every day not to get caught up in the "stuff" of Christmas. So at our house, we keep playing the music, singing the words and try to keep the right song alive in our hearts. It should not be this hard.

It should not be this hard, and yet it is. I suspect we are working against spiritual forces we can't imagine. Thanks for a timely reminder of what is REALLY important.
